Welcome to InfoTech IT Solutions!
These Terms of Service ("TOS") govern your use of all services
provided by InfoTech IT Solutions (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing
or using any of our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be
bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our
services.
1. General Terms
- InfoTech
IT Solutions provides web development, SEO, content writing, graphic
design, digital marketing, and related IT services.
- You
must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- By
registering or placing an order, you agree that all information provided
(including name, address, and contact details) is accurate and up to date.
- InfoTech
IT Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated
terms will be posted on our website.
2. Account & Project Setup
- Projects
or service work will begin after confirmation of payment and
completion of all required information or materials from the client.
- Clients
must provide valid contact information, such as a working email and phone
number.
- If
false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided, InfoTech IT
Solutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel services.
- For
web development and digital marketing services, the client must provide
all necessary text, images, and access credentials (e.g., domain, hosting,
Facebook Page, or Google account) as required for the project.
3. Payments
- All
services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted
payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, and SSLCommerz.
- All
payments are subject to applicable VAT and transaction fees.
- Renewal
reminders for ongoing services (e.g., domain, hosting, SEO) will be sent
via email before the due date.
- If
payments are delayed:
- After
3 days: Service access may be suspended.
- After
15 days: Late fee may apply.
- After
30 days: Service may be terminated and data permanently deleted.
4. Refund Policy
We aim to provide quality digital solutions. However,
refunds are handled as follows:
- Web
Development & Design:
50% advance is non-refundable once design or development has begun.
After full project completion or client approval, no refunds are issued. - SEO,
Social Media, and Marketing Services:
Since these are performance-based services, no refunds are provided once the campaign starts. - Hosting,
Domain & Maintenance:
Refunds available within 7 days of purchase only if there is a proven technical issue on our side. - Customized
Services:
Special offers, student packages, and discounted bundles are non-refundable.
5. Project Timeline & Delivery
- Project
timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation.
- Delays
in providing content, approvals, or payments will extend project delivery
dates.
- Completed
projects will be considered approved and finalized once delivered
and accepted by the client.
6. Content Policy
Clients are responsible for all content provided for their
websites or promotional materials.
We do not allow or promote:
- Pornographic,
hateful, or discriminatory content
- Pirated,
copyrighted, or illegal material
- Fraudulent
or misleading business practices
- Promotion
of violence or harassment
InfoTech IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or
terminate any project violating these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
- All
designs, codes, graphics, and written materials created by InfoTech IT
Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- After
full payment, ownership of final deliverables (website, logo, etc.)
transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets or open-source
components.
- We may
showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials,
unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality
- InfoTech
IT Solutions values client privacy. All data, credentials, and business
information shared with us are kept strictly confidential.
- Clients
are responsible for maintaining security of their own login credentials
after project delivery.
9. Service Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate services without notice if:
- Payments
are overdue beyond 30 days
- The
client violates our terms or engages in illegal activity
- The
project involves abusive or harmful content
In such cases, InfoTech IT Solutions will not be liable for
any resulting loss or data deletion.
10. Limitation of Liability
- InfoTech
IT Solutions will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
- Our
total liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total
amount paid for the service in question.
11. Support Policy
- Technical
and customer support is available via email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Page
during working hours (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, GMT+6).
- Emergency
or premium support may be billed separately depending on service level
agreements.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved
in the jurisdiction of the Dhaka courts.
